Seeking like-minded house-trained housemate to share a townhouse with two easy going males. We are both professionals in our mid 30`s who enjoy good food, healthy living and socialising. Whilst the house has a relaxed atmosphere, we really value a neat and tidy environment and expect applicants to do the same. The room is fully furnished with a new double bed, bedside table, a little bookshelf and built in wardrobe. The overall property is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse in a quiet gated complex.
